I bought my scooter there in May of 2025. Spent 2k. 2 weeks later i get a flat tire. Didnt ride it hard or anything and they couldnt chnage my tire for free even though i had just got it from them. Now in January 2026 my scooter had electrical problem which I was told would be under warranty for a year. Took it in because my screen stopped working and they gave me every excuse as to why the warranty wouldn't cover the repair. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything here unless you want to pay 200 dollars plus every time you have an issue. This place is horrible and to think I recommend so many people to go here because I thought the owner Wilson was a man of his word. I was sadly mistaken. I will no longer invest in this business. WHAT A RIP OFF. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE WITH INTEGRITY AND MORALS. THIS PLACE WILL ROB YOU FOR EVERY DIME POSSIBLE.

Had a great experience at Wilson’s E-Scooters & E-Bikes! My scooter got a flat tire and they fixed it super fast and for a really good price. I just walked in-no appointment-and they had it done in like 10 minutes. The guy working on it was super efficient and even checked the air in my other tire and my brakes. The girl at the front was also really nice and friendly, which made the whole thing really easy. I’d definitely come back if I have any more scooter issues. They also have a solid inventory if you’re looking to buy a scooter-perfect for getting around the city!

My scooter was leaking air, and it was fixed in ten minutes. The owner is from Guangzhou, a very nice person, and extremely professional. Highly recommended!

David was incredibly helpful and the amazing thing about this awesome shop was their extreme efficiency. They performed a lot of repairs on my scooter and had me in and out in an hour!! Their prices are fair and they are friendly and truly concerned about your scooter and the quality of work to be performed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to go here, and you will be making a BIG mistake if you go anywhere else!

Amazing service! Fast and quick with my Nami Kilma Max! They were able to actually fix further than what I thought I needed by replace. I initially was getting my break pads replaced but they said the Break pumps need to be replaced as well. Reasonable price! Thank you to the staff and Thank you Henry!
