Brought in my Ford Transit to these guys to run some diagnostics. They did a thorough exam on the van and followed up with a list of items that were fine and ones that needed repaired. They even provided pictures and explanations. They are thorough, quick, offer quality service, and fair in price. I even send my wife in there solo and trust them without a doubt. Great garage. I would highly recommend.
Engine light came on during commute, dropped in without appointment. They scanned it quick, turned out to be a sensor, replaced it same day. Price was straightforward, no extras tacked on,car hasn't acted up since. Shop's clean for a garage.

I’ve been going to The Garage for years and generally trusted their work, but my most recent experience left me disappointed. I brought in my 2019 Acura TLX because two warning lights came on: “Emissions System Problem” and “Electric Parking Brake Problem.” They charged me over $230 for a diagnostic check, and I was surprised to learn that this fee isn’t applied toward the repair if you choose to move forward. Their recommendation was to replace the part connecting the gas tank to the cap. The quoted price for the part alone was about $450, whereas I found the same part online for around $225 (plus labor). The overall estimate for repair was close to $1,000. Before agreeing, I got a second opinion from another mechanic, who simply suggested resetting the warning lights first. That’s what I did, and it cost about $225 total. Two weeks later, I’m still driving with no issues and the lights never returned. When I asked The Garage why both lights would appear at once, they said it’s common for multiple warnings to come on to prevent driving—but several mechanics I spoke with afterward told me they had never heard of that explanation. It left me feeling like The Garage was recommending a costly repair without fully confirming the root cause. This is disappointing, especially since I’ve trusted them for years. I hope this was just an isolated experience, but it’s worth noting for anyone considering service here.
Came to The Garage on a referral and had a great experience. Scheduling online for maintenance or other work was very easy and convenient. Drop off was smooth. I went first thing Monday morning and there was no wait. Check in was quick and the staff were very friendly. A couple hours after drop-off I received an inspection report with all the inspection and testing details, along with photos. The report is color coded red yellow green to show urgency. If there is recommended service, the price is listed and you can opt to have them complete the work or wait. When the service was done I got another alert with final work order and payment request. I paid in advance and when I picked came back for the car I was in and out in a couple minutes. Overall very happy with The Garage and the service there.
