Bought tries in October 2025. I have one tire that is leaking. I walked in to get warranty work done. They said that they can do it but I will be on stand by. That’s over 4 hours and counting so far for one tire to be repaired. Updated. After 4 hours and not being even looked at. I decided to get my keys and leave. Their customer service is nonexistent. If you buy a tires from these guys. Hopefully you don’t need warranty work. That’s ridiculous to have customers wait over 4 hours. If you cannot get to the car. Just let customers know up front. Not say we will fit you in. That’s code for maybe if you wait long enough you will leave.

Order tires and made an appointment. Waited forever to have them tell me they gave my tires away to someone else and offered a different, more expensive tire. This place is a joke.

I had an excellent experience working with Michael at the tire center. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The tire installation itself was solid and done with great attention to detail. I left feeling confident and impressed with the quality of work. It’s not often you come across customer service like this, Michael really set the bar high. I absolutely recommend this tire center to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service.

ordered winter tires online and when they arrived nobody called me to schedule an appointment. i had to schedule one myself upon seeing the email. it would be two weeks out, but a friend had ordered tires after me and received a call to schedule an appointment after they arrived. they somehow got an appointment the next week while i had to wait another two weeks. i then called to figure this out, in which they said they would bring my tires to the front so i can pick them up since im not going to wait as that is ridiculous. i went to pick them up, and they were STILL on the trailer and NOT at the front. the most inconvenient service ive received and i find it extremely odd my friend managed to get an appointment the next week when i placed an order two weeks before her. if i could rate zero stars i would. thanks for NOTHING.
