ordered winter tires online and when they arrived nobody called me to schedule an appointment. i had to schedule one myself upon seeing the email. it would be two weeks out, but a friend had ordered tires after me and received a call to schedule an appointment after they arrived. they somehow got an appointment the next week while i had to wait another two weeks. i then called to figure this out, in which they said they would bring my tires to the front so i can pick them up since im not going to wait as that is ridiculous. i went to pick them up, and they were STILL on the trailer and NOT at the front. the most inconvenient service ive received and i find it extremely odd my friend managed to get an appointment the next week when i placed an order two weeks before her. if i could rate zero stars i would. thanks for NOTHING.

Person at the front counter was less than helpful today. Asked for winter tire options with the intention or ordering, but he seemed less than interested in assisting - I understand it's busy season, but they made it seem like I was an inconvenience from the onset of our interation. That said, I've always ordered by tires from Costco Tire Centers in the past due to the price and good service - even knowing it's often weeks before an appointment is avaialble. However, if being assisted to simply order tires is enough of an issue for some of the folks here, I'll take my business elsewhere (even it costs more).

Time of service was after 7pm. Had a terrible experience with the customer service at the tire center. I understand it is a busy season for the employees but it is no reason for ANY Costco employee to treat their customers like idiots, or incompetent. Yesterday I went in to try to schedule a tire changeover and waited in line patiently while the front desk was unattended for over 7 minutes as customers filled the waiting area. After finally reaching my turn to schedule the tire changeover the employee helping (I believe his name started with an A or something like that) was beyond unprofessional, rude, impatient and had a demeanor of a spoiled 13 year old who was told to clean their room. He did absolutely nothing to assist with the scheduling and had 0 interest in looking up previous sales from another Costco and was just absolutely burdened by the fact he had to do his job. I have worked in an auto body shop for over 5 years and had only seen this level of unprofessionalism from entitled spoiled little brats, and that is what the Debarr tire center employs, shame because the man that left the counter appeared as though he was very competent at his job until Alan or something took over. I cannot say enough about how terrible of an employee he is. I would be ashamed to have him as a team mate. Time of service was after 7pm. Disgraceful Costco

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We just left this location after the person at the desk (Alan or something like that) was extremely rude. We just started using Costco tires last year and couldn’t remember what tires we had ordered and he made some kind of quip about how we’d had to have ordered them from Canada, which I’m sure is true, but the tone of voice he used was very harsh along with giving us very annoyed facial gestures. Instead of making us try to guess and belittling us new people for not knowing, he could have checked what tires we ordered (from Costco!!!!) on the computer, which he did eventually... It was a super uncomfortable interaction and they were busy too so the lobby was full of folks watching us be scolded. We left feeling like this was such a huge waste of time for everyone involved for us to come in and try to order new tires and schedule appointments. Like we were being bullied while trying to come in and do business. Yikes won’t be coming back

Fantastic group of people working here. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. I came in w/o an appointment due to a screw in my tire. I knew it was a chance to go in-- it worked out in my favor. Even though they were booked with tire change-over appointments, they squeezed me in and repaired my tire in less than an hour. The stars and moon alignment were on point and set for me today. Thank you, Debarr Costco Tire Team!! I hope you enjoy the goodies Ieft at the counter to show my appreciation. I mean, who doesn't like Hershey Nuggets Variety pack (Costco size bag). On another note --- I have purchased tires from Costco multiple times and for the scenarios mentioned above is why I continue to go back. In addition to their amazing customer service, they have great pricing with extras at no additional fee-- tire repair and rotation to name a couple.
