I had an appointment to install tires at 1:00 pm. I dropped the vehicle off at least 1/2 hour early. They told me it should be 1 to 1-1/2 hours, the usual. At 3 pm I called to request an update, and they told me I would be “next on the lift” and it would be another hour. This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode about having a reservation for a rental car, but wasting 2+ hours of my time is no joke. When I bought tires for my classic Mustang with mag wheels, they put clamp on balancing weights on the OUTSIDE instead of stick-on weights on the inside. Seriously???

I have an Interstate battery in a truck I bought from a friend that was purchased from Costco. It has a 36 month warranty. The sticker is Feb 2023, so it is only 18 months into the warranty. It is going bad and I do not have a current Costco membership and my friend is an hour drive away. I understand that the battery would have to be warrantied out and I would owe Costco a "prorated fee." No problem. So, I have a Sam's Club membership and it's going to stay that way and I'll explain why. I called twice to speak with Rob at the Tire Center in Huntsville, and the guy has one of his technicians call me back??! You can't take 2 minutes and call a customer back? I was told he's only working 3 hours today..... I'm not even upset about the battery replacement, I'm upset because you do not have the decency to call someone back. Do not use this Tire Center. They already have 3 stars on Google, so here's another 1-star to go with your great customer service!! Side note, I wouldn't buy one of these subpar 36 month Interstate batteries from Costco either, considering this one is on its last legs and is only 18 months old! Thanks again to the Service Manager Rob @ Costco Huntsville, AL for sending more business to Sam's Club Huntsville!

We had an emergency as our tires were ripped on our way to Georgia at 6.30 in the morning. We somehow changed to the spares and frantically booked an appointment nearby. The earliest available was at 11.30 am. Against hope, we went to see if we could get an earlier appointment at around 9.30 AM. This is when we met Rob, who was godsent. He was beyond amazing in understanding our problem and helping us through this. At 9.30 am, he not only checked for our tires in the inventory but also moved out appointment to 10 AM and made sure that it was properly aligned and ready for the trip. Once again thanks to the amazing service by Rob and the team We are beyond happy and thankful for their service

Rob completely ruined our customer experience. Ordered a single tire in June. Said it would come in 3-5 days. After 2 weeks, the tire never came. They called and asked would we mind reordering, sure! Tire never came. 2 months later still no tire… went and got our money back. Thanks to Caleb who helped with our refund. Definitely call and check in with your order status if you THINK it’s been too long… don’t be silly like us, trusting that certain people would do their job!! 😠
