A very good experience whilst shopping and selecting our furniture But unfortunately it went downhill ever since. We ordered and paid for two sofas in full on 18th August 2025 Eventually the sofa arrived today 30th January 2026 We also paid for a Home care kit but they didn’t have one in store so promised to provide on delivery of the sofa, we didn’t get We found the quality of furniture is very good but customer service is lacking Ensure your delivery date is made clear when purchasing

Excellent experience from the moment we stepped inside. They wasn’t pushy like many other furniture stores are, they allow you to fully take in the experience for yourselves and are about if you have any questions. We stepped out to look at another furniture shop close by but the quality just wasn’t as good, so we went back and brought a beautiful dining table. Thank you so much for making our experience enjoyable and easy.

I highly recommend Cousins at Tyseley. There was a problem with access at my parent’s house and Kim and Lee went out of their way to ensure that the sofa delivery was successful. The delivery team were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to get the sofa in and to move the old sofa for them too. My elderly parents were taken care of and the sofa is exceptional quality.

Excellent showroom size with lots of options to look at and choose from. I've been coming to cousins for years but mainly with my parents to look for furniture! So it's my turn now 😂 Nigel was so friendly and a great help this evening , we were struggling to figure out options that would fit through our narrow door frame and he reccomended some excellent modular choices with lower backs and removable cushions which helped a lot! We've took some measurements and photos of what we liked and need to narrow down our choices so I'm sure we'll be back soon once we've made our decision. Thanks so much for your help Nigel! 😄

Excellent service from start to finish from Kim at the Tysley branch. She was very understanding, knowledgeable and through with our needs. The delivery was as explained and the assembly service was a great plus. Kim also took the time to do a follow up call once the 3 piece suite had been delivered. Have been coming here for years and would highly recommend. Thank you!
