I bought three solid wood bookshelves and the quality is excellent. The service was great and delivery was very fast. They delivered the items within the agreed time slot and handled everything with care, even helping to move the bookshelves into the house. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this second-hand furniture shop!

Perfect experience. Lovely, clean furniture, large collection. I found just what I was looking for. Imran was very friendly & helpful. Paid Sunday morning, both pieces were wrapped & delivered by 1.45pm Sunday afternoon. Great communication, could not have asked for more, thank you.

I purchased a drawer unit as I dont care for modern units. The item and quality matched the description perfectly. They owner videoed the unit so I could see it, sent recommendations for delivery (which were also amazing), cleaned it and wrapped it. The communication was the best Ive had in many a year, and such professionalism is rare from my expereince. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I saw a wardrobe from Second Chance Furniture on eBay and it looked like a good solid piece of furniture so I bought it and arranged for a courier myself to collect it. Imran was very helpful and sent me a video of his showroom and the item before I bought it. He also offered me the services of his own courier had I not had my own courier contact. His courier was also reasonably priced. Once I’d made the purchase he then sent me a photo of it all packaged up for transportation. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his furniture.

Ive been wanting to upgrade my bedroom furniture and I'd seen Second chance furniture on Ebay; but realising it was very local to me I popped into the warehouse to see what they had in person. Imran was very friendly and helpful but without being sales pushy at all (perfect balance). I ended up with 4 pieces, Imran gave me a good deal and as I was collecting it myself he had the furniture well wrapped and at the front of shop ready to go and helped me load my lorry. I'm definitely recommending any of my friends and family if looking for quality wooden furniture at good prices to give Imran at Second Chance Furniture a visit or look online in his Ebay store. 😁👍
