Absolutely fantastic from the service to the food I couldn’t recommend this restaurant high enough. There were 6 of us for my daughter’s birthday and she even got a glass of fizz what a lovely touch. The staff were attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable on all the food on the menu. Our waitress's were Phoebe and Chloe and they exceptional . A big shout out to the unsung heroes the chefs as the food was spot on. Sadly only took pictures of my own but not a plate had any food left. Highly recommend
Had an early dinner before a show. Location was perfect for the city centre area. Restaurant had good lighting inside and out, and seating was comfortable. By 5:30 the place was getting quite busy, attesting I guess to its popularity. Beef and pork, as the name of the establishment suggests. But they also feature fish, if you prefer. Steak was nicely prepared, and the sides were generously portioned. I had the roasted savoy cabbage and it was very tasty. Really sated my need for veggies after a long travel. Didn't have room for dessert afterwards (and it was getting close to show time). Service was very good, and the server JAMIE was attentive and helpful. It was a bit slow getting the bill -- had to ask twice for it, but it wasn't a big deal. All in all a very good meal. If you like meat, you should find this a most enjoyable dining experience.
We shared a 1100g Tomahawk between three people. We ordered a medium rare steak but it turned out a bit too raw in the middle and the fat hasn’t been rendered enough. Hence the meat was quite hard to chew. The cider & whole grain mustard sauce lacked mustard flavour. The highlight of the meal was the onion blossom which was crispy and delicious. The restaurant was very busy so service was on the slow side. Our server Jamie was friendly. Nice atmosphere but it got quite noisy. Overall, it’s a good experience and the price of the whole dinner was very reasonable.
Mickela was so attentive and friendly from the get go- she was quick with service and we hardly had to wait for anything. The food was exceptional- tasty and fresh. The best roast dinner i’ve ever had. The drinks selection is plentiful and had a variety of wines (which was great to see!) Finally, our desserts were presented well and were delicious too. Overall, we had not one complaint. I highly recommend!
10/10 easily. I simply cannot find a single fault with the dining experience here. Staff members were all incredibly pleasant, service was extremely nice. Food and drinks were excellent and completely out of this world, worth every penny. The atmosphere in the evening was amazing, and makes it the perfect experience all around. Definitely recommend and would return, Amelie was stellar with her service.
