I made an appointment for my cracked phone screen the night before and they took my case early! The repair took a little under an hour and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The purchase also came with a few months of warranty just in case which I really appreciated. Hopefully it won't come to it but I will definitely come back if need be! Thank you so much!

Really fair prices, and quick turnaround. My Macbook runs like new and now I don't have to shell out thousands for a new one. Worth the visit!

Took my iPhone SE 3 to get a screen replacement. The website says they use genuine Apple parts. But I’m getting a message saying that the screen isn’t recognized. I called the store and they said it’s because they used a 3rd party screen. Why have on the website that you use genuine Apple parts when you’re clearly not? I’m considering taking legal action. I’ve attached a screenshot from their own website where it says they use genuine Apple parts and also the message on my phone.

TL;DR - Their repair work was defective and they did not honor the warranty parts and services. I brought my Google Pixel 8 in several weeks ago to have some sand cleaned out from under the front facing camera. The cost was reasonable and they were able to complete the repair within a couple hours of drop off. Great! Unfortunately, the tech accidentally cracked the screen while reinstalling the screen. They returned the phone, explained what happened, and replaced the phone screen the next day when the parts arrived. If the story ended there, I'd give them 5 stars. Things happen, they were honest, and they fixed the phone. However, a few weeks later, a vertical green/purple/white line appeared on the newly-installed screen. This is a well-documented hardware or installation problem on the Pixel 8 line, and clearly covered within their warranty. Without looking at it, the tech told me that it was the result of an impact (never happened, lives in a case and has an undamaged screen protector) or simply putting it in my pocket (?), and thus my responsibility. Blaming "wear and tear" is a catchall cop out. They probably blame every defect that comes back as a user error in order to slither out of their warranty guarantee. They wanted to charge $250 for a screen replacement, which is twice as expensive as Google's repair service. In sum, there are better, more trustworthy options. Take your business elsewhere. UPDATE - CPR called me back and offered to open up my phone and take a look. Day later, they installed a new screen at no cost. Appreciated them making the repairs.

Alex is an absolute superstar--kind, professional, accommodating and reassuring as well as quick. Another gentleman I encountered was equally friendly and pleasant. They are super chill and will work with you on your best options. Highly recommend!
