No issues with two visits over several years. You may have to pay a non-refundable fee for advanced diagnostics -- and it might feel steep given the time to diagnose (locksmith's paradox) -- but it applies to the repair cost if you proceed. Asurion has shifted the chain toward offering insurance, warranty, and service plans in addition to repairs, but I didn't get any hard sell on these at all, and for that reason I'll be back for my next inevitable screen crack.
