Rickie was awesome, he did a great job, his customer service was the best ive ever had, he fixed my phone screen in like 10 min, and they also had a case and a screen protector in stock for my phone at a really good price, pleassseee go here for repairs and accessories

While visiting New Orleans to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from law school I dropped my phone and cracked the screen badly . I googled and found this store called and then the EXCELLENT customer service began with Rickie professionally and courteously advising me and then , once I arrived, efficiently completing the service along with Amber in time for me to rejoin my daughter’s celebration. I thoroughly appreciated Rickie’s TOP TIER customer service and would recommend this store to others.

Cannot even describe how happy I was when I left. Went there to drop my phone off expecting it to be hours. She told me 30 minutes she had it done in 20 my phone look like it was brand new. Not to mention she was the sweetest thing ever! Much better process than having to wait for a phone to be mailed to you and you bring your old one to the post office. 10 points for CPR!
