I can't say enough about this company. I ordered some security cameras from them. One of the cameras that I received was not working. I advised the company and they said to send it back right away and they will get a replacement to me. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, they did not have anymore of the cameras in stock. In fact, no one did. I asked them to let me know when one came in. I received follow-up emails from their staff regularly, reminding me that they hadn't forgotten about me. Finally, when they received new cameras they reached out to let me know and send it to me. I was actually shocked with how responsive and proactive their company was. I will definitely use them for any future needs, and recommend them to anyone needing electronics.

needed a specific cable or series of cables for a signal chain and they were the only place in town that had it, and they took the time to graciously and warmly help me through what ended up being a six dollar purchase for two small cables. oh yeah they’re super well priced too. loved coming here will be back for av needs you gotta support these types of places especially when they pull their weight, and this place does.

I've been doing telecommunication for the past 9 years and today was the first time stopping at Southern Electronics and I actually regret not looking them up sooner they are the only business that had the part I needed and also carried and had in stock some other stuff that I was forced to order offline. Great customer service I'll be returning when they open Monday
