Drive 30 miles to get there.They could not help me with my phone issues , but they sent me a direction where I could purchase a new phones, The lady working the front desk was just delightful to work with. She was a sweetheart.

Terrible service. Man working there has the customer service level of an elementary school child. Doesn’t warmly greet guests, gets overwhelmed when multiple people are in the store and wrongly pronounces customers names and says “whatever it says” like that’s how you speak to paying customers ? What’s the point of setting an appointment if I’m not going to be asked if I have an appointment or barely greeted at all. You guys should seriously get someone with some true customer service or management experience working here.
