Today I got hacked and went in to leave my computer to hopefully get cleaned. This is the 2nd time I had been in the store. I bought my laptop from them and was very impressed. Eric is so knowledgeable and helpful. For someone who is not very computer savvy, this place is awesome!! Thank you for being here and making me feel so much better! Great place!!!

I recently had an issue with my laptop repaired at a different local store, but when I took it home I very quickly discovered another issue was caused during the repairs. I took it to Intrex asking just for a diagnostic so I could have concrete proof of the problem and get reimbursed by the original repair shop. They not only provided me answers, but were able to fix the issue free of charge along with the diagnostic in less than 15 minutes. Incredibly thankful :-).

Great place! They diagnosed a gaming PC for me a few years back and replaced the motherboard because I had no idea what was wrong with it. Recently got a new PC and needed some additional storage space so I had them put a new SSD in. This is my go-to place

The salesperson behind the counter knew exactly which USB cable I needed for a Dell Docking Station and got me an adequate wired keyboard for under $15.00. Hope they stay in business forever! The world needs more places where you can get something fixed now to keep working.

My eight-year old Intrex-built desktop computer failed to boot in 2024, its first failure since purchased in 2016. Took it to the Raleigh store. Diagnosis was free, and they found the problem quickly, a bad RAM module. Replaced it for $50 and it was back in service. Great store and staff. Many thanks.
