Not professional Service I left my ps5 on Sunday and they told me they were going to diagnose it on Monday and that they were going to give us a call to tell me what was wrong. They never gave us a call back So now on Thursday five days later they said the part that they had previously fixed (HDMI was jiggly) was broken and needed to repaired again. He told me it was going to be full price to fix it AGAIN! So I am taking it elsewhere. the lack of communication is very in professional!

Unprofessional for sure, had an appointment on a day I wanted patiently for "parts" by assurant , and got a run around just ask for a replacement dont let them send you to a place like this waste of time

They are a rip off... They locked my son's phone and then told him he tried to many times when they gave it bk to him with a try again after hours on the phone and then he put in the code one time it said try again in 7 hours he waited n still couldn't because they had already locked it... And won't give him his money back... Not cool.. now he spent money there for nothing and has to get another phone ...

Fairly quick and direct. Dropped it off on Saturday, they had it done by Sunday but I picked it up ob Monday. Did a nice job on my iPad 9 that had, like, two holes in it. For reference, I spent $100 for it to get fixed

I dropped my phone off. They hold it for two days until I got paid as well as fixing it for me. No issues. Great job.
