Came to UbreakIfix to get my phone fixed. They said it would cost over $200 to repair my phone instead they offered me an alternative, which saved me a lot of money. And they fixed it in 10 minutes and didn't charge me a dime. I gotta say, man, this is the best service I've ever had. I recommend you come here for your iPhone needs. Anthony and Daniel are the best. Thank you so much 😊

Ubreakifix is a scam! You pay a service fee initially of $120 and then when you come in to pick up your laptop they try to sell you a “policy” to protect your devices as a whole. It’s a monthly price for $29.99/mo. I paid on that policy for close to a year. My device, that they initially repaired cost me $360 and my device started doing the exact thing that prompted me to bring it in to begin with. So I expected them to replace the laptop on the second trip. Instead they charged me again another $120 service fee (claim deductible) and two we weeks later they call me and explain it has something wrong with the motherboard and they have NO REPLACEMENTS and they have to send me a check. They lowballed me and offered $253. And the repair fee of $120. In total. Where do they get these figures? Online you can clearly see that same model is offered between $699-1300. But to add insult to injury I receive the check today for $253 and no service fee for $120. Only $253???? Why did they lie to me about the amount? And why did they only offer a quarter of the cost of the computer? Instead of replacing the computer? We as the consumers have no choice and that’s not right! I would prefer to have my computer back and my money back for the repair/service they couldn’t provide. Not a fraction of the cost and no device. What are they going to do repair my device and resell it for the going rate? Then when I call back to inquire about the missing service fee no one will take my calls.
