Friendly and welcoming staff, they where fast in scheduling me, and Patrick did a marvelous job, I'm extremely happy with my hair cut, and definitely will be back

As an older woman, I often dont feel seen or valued as a customer. That was definitely not the case at Crafted Hair Studio! Shelly, the owner is so nice & really listens. I'm an introvert but she put me at ease immediately. The salon is perfect. I love the rock-n-roll music and chill vibe. But most importantly, I felt seen. When I mentioned getting a buzz cut, Patrick, my stylist diplomatically stated I would look great in a layered pixie. I like a stylist who can draw on their training and experience to ensure a customer gets a great cut rather than just what they ask for! He also spent a long time carefully cutting my hair. As a result, I have a versatile, short cut that makes me look 10 years younger and is one I can maintain on my own. I feel so much better about my appearance. The prices are on par with other salons & a good price considering the time & attention I received. Scheduling is very easy, too.

I have thin curly hair, and haven't gotten a curly haircut in Baltimore before this. I did some research and stumbled across this hair salon, and they were really easy to book an appointment with. My haircut was with Odessa H, and she was amazing! Very great experience, I love the way my curls look. I got product recommendations, general advice, a great haircut with the exact shape I was looking for. prices are similar to other curly haircuts I've inquired about around Baltimore

I had a bad experience getting my hair cut three/four years ago and hadn’t been to a salon since then, so I was really nervous going into my appointment. I almost backed out the day before! But I’m glad I didn’t because Bethany, my stylist, was so, so, so sweet and friendly, and she explained everything she would be doing to my hair step-by-step, down to the science. She made sure we were on the same page about the color I wanted and even the colors I didn’t want, and everything went perfectly!! I went from dark brown to red and my hair turned out even brighter than I’d hoped and it still feels healthy, which was one of my biggest concerns. I would definitely recommend the studio, especially Bethany!!
