Louie came to repair my Samsung TV. He first access the damage. Once accessed, he proceeded to change out the screen which he brought it with him. He explained what he was doing as he was working on the unit. The whole process was very pleasant. I am very satisfied the repair.

Excellent service!! Took a CD Changer in to Craig's that had not been fixed after two tries by another service. They quoted me a week and had it ready the next day! It has been working without a hitch now for a few months. (After the other guy tried to fix it, it started skipping right away and actually scratched some of my CDs. I will be taking by equipment to Craig's from now on.
