I took my 2025 Honda accord to get serviced after it was in a car accident. It was easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was very nice and willing to help with scheduling, but they kept my vehicle for almost 2 weeks when only one was quoted. I know I know mechanic shops all do that however, they never bothered to keep me updated as to why they were keeping it or what was going on. They gave a bunch of different answers the two times I did call to check on my car. 0 reaching out initiated on their end other than the text update I got that my car new completion time kept getting extended. When I received my car back the first time they said they ran through all the inspections it’s ready. My mirror was not popped back in place so I couldn’t adjust the passenger side mirror. The passenger side window was systematically faulty as well. They said they must have missed it in inspections east electrical error fix but I had to bring it back and they provided a rental and said this will just take a day that was on 3-25-26 I called this morning on 3-30-26 having not heard about my one day fix and having run out of patience, only for them to casually say oh yeah it’s ready now.. When I picked up my car this morning it was way dirtier than when I dropped it off and more stains on the drivers sear. When I tried to say something to the manager she said we give car washes to all our cars before pick up and use seat covers. Does this look like seat covers or a car wash? I just wanted to share in case any one else has these issues with them as well. Very disappointing and bad business.

Everything was pretty smooth on the insurance side. The one thing that really dissatisfied me was the amount of time it took to get my car back and also after the repair the radiator they replaced was leaking so I had to bring it back. Overall they will have my car for 2 weeks.
