Just had a really great experience doing a curbside pick up with Naomi! Long story short, I ordered an item specifically a lounge chair for my baby online before Christmas. It’s been backordered. And every time I would check the item status it was telling me it was a different color than the order I had placed— I ordered it at midnight gray and my receipt said navy. I chatted with Customer Support. They ensured me It was the color I had selected, even though my receipt still was saying the wrong color. So when I came for pick up, I wanted to ensure it was the right color because the box was even saying the wrong color. Naomi helped me open the box and confirm that it was the right color! I was just trying to mitigate having to do a return or come back after waiting over three weeks for this item to be available for pick up with my baby in the car. But all is well! Thank you, Naomi!

I bought some new pots and pans finally and came here. Sun Young was absolutely amazing to work with. She explained the differences in the selections, was polite, and professional. It's not often you get such exceptional customer service. Extremely positive experience. I'm so grateful. Thank you.

I came in to replace a piece that I had broken on an item my wife had purchased the day before. Nadia and her team were very gracious and helpful, replacing my piece at no charge. Excellent, friendly customer service. Thank you, Nadia. You got me out of the doghouse.

We have been searching high and low for some plates that were discontinued off our registry. An associate at our local store was able to hunt some down at Gateway Market and when I called, Ramon was able to help! He took the time to look them up and search the store to confirm they were actually in stock and worked with us to get them shipped and packed to prevent damage. He was so helpful and attentive and wonderful to work with!

Out of most of the stores I visited the drawers of nightstands were the best at Crate and Barrel. They had some really beautiful and unique items. The staff were pretty busy designing so I didn’t interact with them but I’m sure they’re great.
