If I could give it zero stars I would. We ordered an at home delivery on couch and bed frame. Timed everything up for the install to be the day we moved into our new home. The day of install they didn't have any of the hardware to put together the bed frame. They then told me that the next availability to come out with the screws would be a week and a half. Day of revisit, they didn't bring all of the screws. Going on now 2+ weeks without our bed frame and our mattress on the floor. Hands down the worst experience I've ever received. Especially when you're spending almost 3k on a bed frame.

If I could rate crate and barrel 0 stars I would! Paid over $5,000 for a sofa that took over 3 months to arrive and is then faulty, it has a lock missing so you can’t sit on the couch without it falling apart. They sent a team out for a service appointment with no parts (not their fault) despite me having to “prove” the fault by image on text message to customer service (why would I make up a sofa is faulty) I then had to chase 3 times for the part, which has finally arrived and now I’ve chased 4 times a new service appointment for the part to be fixed. It’s now been 6 weeks and I still have a faulty couch despite paying all this money. There is no specific complaints team, just told to pass feedback to customer service, when you do you will just get the delivery fee refunded. Yes the couch is comfy but the way I have been treated as a high paying customer has put me off ordering from this store again!
