Great little bookstore in downtown Milford. I'm buying all of my books from Bookmatters from now on. It's March, 2026. I ordered a book several weeks ago. Didn't hear anything. Went into the store. Talked to one of the owners. Apparently, the book was never ordered. The owner took my name and number. Told me Kenzie would call me later that day. It's 2 days later. Never heard from her. They have lost my business. Not shopping there again.
