We sent our two kindergarten aged sons to +Create for a PA day and they had the best time. Communication was great and the spaces are really beautiful. We will definitely be back!
Reid went above and beyond and accommodated my husband and I when he found out it was our anniversary. So passionate, patient and informative! We felt very comfortable learning in this special space!
My 2 youngest LOVED going to camp this summer and even my eldest did a couple of drop in days and she was in her zen there. Such a wonderful place with brilliant mentors who foster creativity and love for the arts! We are so grateful to have connected with plus create as it truly is a gem within our community as is the whole cotton factory! Appreciate Reid being so flexible with us and the whole team for their warmth and welcoming demeanor, thank you for all you do!
I have been attending classes since before COVID. Clay was always intimidating to me. Although I draw, paint etc. it is all 2 dimensional. Reid, an inspiring instructor and one for whom I have great respect, has opened my eyes to new possibilities. It’s not what I create but the process of creating. Becoming one with the rhythm of the clay, feeling completely engrossed and centred. Thank you Reid for expanding my mind. The photos below are works that either I created or that I created in partnership with my son Noel.
This was my first time taking pottery classes and those 8 weeks went by so fast. I loved every minute of it! Reid is an exceptional person who you can tell is passionate about clayography. The way he navigates how he helps you in the studio, but also letting you explore your own creativity was truly something incredible. I'm excited to continue developing skills and to be able to take more classes in the future. I definitely recommend Reid and his studio for anyone who is curious or just wants a positive environment to create art.
