Massage Therapy session with Spencer yesterday was a 10/10 experience. Thorough, explained everything clearly and I feel had intention to actually help. Easy to connect with and I'm moving a lot better today. Highly recommend to anyone trying to find someone good.

I absolutely love this yoga studio! Everyone is so nice, the classes are great, the app makes it easy to see the class schedule and book ahead of time. I also have to include that Alysha is the best yoga instructor ever, she is so incredibly kind and sweet. Her classes are my favourite I’ve ever taken!!

Circle Studios is one of Hamilton’s gems. They offer an incredible variety of classes – both heated and non-heated – that fit every schedule. The studio itself is gorgeous, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. The instructors are knowledgable and supportive, and the overall vibe is positive and uplifting. I also really appreciate that they have excellent Osteopath and RMT services on site. It makes it so easy to take care of movement and recovery in one place. Circle Studios has become such a grounding part of my regular routine! Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about this studio. It's clean, the instructors are amazing, the classes are challenging and enjoyable, the owner is extremely helpful and responds to emails in a timely manner. I have introduced many friends to this place and they are enjoying the studio as well. There are classes for everyone at any level of experience with pilates and yoga. Highly recommend!

Circle Studios is such a welcoming and supportive space. Jen and Jackie are amazing instructors—encouraging, knowledgeable, and great at making everyone feel comfortable no matter their skill level. The community they’ve built makes each class feel inspiring and inclusive. They are a big reason why I love yoga and this is coming from someone that never did any yoga before joining Circle Studios.
