This was the first clinic I ever brought my pup to and had 10 years of good experiences. Moved away, saw other vets, but here we are and we’re back. Penelope is almost 14 and the past week she has been going through some health challenges. I have been blown away by Dr. Persons bedside manner for not only Penelope but myself. I can’t say enough how grateful I am through such a stressful time. I genuinely feel that the competent and compassionate care we receive comes from the purest of intentions. The clinic staff and RVTs are always so kind and accommodating. Honestly couldn’t be more grateful that this is our clinic and these are the people that help care for my bestie. Thanks so much 💛

Everyone was super nice, price ended up being 500 bucks lower then quoted price, and they gave my cat a check up with no cost after my cats surgery and I was worried.

Front staff are friendly and helpful. I found that Todd the owner and Veteranarian was had great manners with our Doby, Coco. His surgical skills were phenomenal and he addressed and subsided every worry and concern we had with care and integrity. Thank you everyone at Crestwood.😃

This used to be a 5 Star experience. Now it is a place to avoid. In response to Crestwood Vet response. It was strike 3 actually, as I verbally said when I left the clinic. Your response is proof of lack of service. If that was my customer, I would have called them prior to them putting out that review. Also if you cared, you don’t tell someone to call you discuss, you pick up the phone and call. But please don’t.
