Terrific dance studio centrally located with a variety of Latin dance events and classes that help individuals grow as dancers for fun, performance teams and/or competition. CrossBody also hosts Blues and other dance style classes and events. I've really enjoyed the teams which have helped me grow as a dancer.

This is a great studio for anyone wanting to learn and participate in Latin dance. I was lucky to have discovered the studio in 2021; it was first opening, coincidentally around the time that I was beginning to learn salsa and bachata. The beginner classes were a perfect fit for me. Rachel and Vince are accomplished dancers and patient instructors. I've grown as a dancer under their guidance. The Thursday night social dances have become one of the most popular in city; you'll want to check those out if you like social dancing to the latest hits in a bustling studio. Another option is to join one of their dance teams. This will give you the opportunity to learn a specific choreography and perform it (if you'd like to). You don't have to be a skilled dancer to be on a team. What's most important is having a friendly and positive attitude and a commitment to practice. One note about parking: you might think that because of the downtown location that parking would be a challenge. It's not. On-street parking is free after 6:00 and all day on Sundays. Since most classes are at 6:00 or later, you pretty much can park on the street within 1-2 blocks of the studio for free. Thus, most of the time, parking is quite easy, and free!

Instructors are the best! They're great with beginners, no intimidation. Plus, the studio is downtown - easy to get to with two parking garages close by (if you can't find street parking) Their Latin Thursday dance is a lot of fun!!
