When I walked in when it first opened there was no greeting on Welcome In and the employees doesn’t make you feel welcome to new customers. I’ve asked the employee if they have carts to assist on getting the stuff out of my car. They said no they don’t have carts and the employees can’t help you to assist on heavy items to bring in the store. Even though I don’t get anything from the sell portion. There were no smiles to new customers. There’s no employees on the floor to help other customers to help assist and be interested in buying clothes to new/existing customers.
My daughter was in need of a dress for an event she was headed too, and on our way to another store, this one just popped up in my head! So I was like, dude. I have a store to show you... So we went on AN ADVENTURE. She found a beautiful dress that made her the talk of the dance. Can't wait to go back. Prices are very nice, merchandise is well kept. Definitely if you're looking for quality with a better price tag, this is the place to check out. Even have shoes and handbags (some designer stuff too). Also, yes they do have fitting rooms to try on clothes. We weren't sure at first but they do. Hope you check them out 👍
Crossroads's (Arden Way location) selling technique is a problem. I came in yesterday to sell some shoes, that have been sitting in my garage, and I just got a bunch of problems. Apart from the fact there was a waiting list, one of the sellers kept questioning me about my phone number, and I don't know why. I just jotted it down on the tablet, because that's what the waiting list asked for, and yet she had some issue with it. Also previously, I opted for the drop-off option, because I was on my way to work when I was came in with my items, and I couldn't even do that. If I'm not going to be given a chance to sell potentially useful, I wonder how appreciative it would be, if I was simply a buying customer, probably not much.
Has good selection, but not organized well by size. Selling process is very time consuming, given that you’re expected to wait in or within 15 minutes away from the shop until the workers get to your bag, which could take anywhere from minutes to hours. When asked if I could do the drop off option, the staff said that if it’s my first time, they would prefer that I stay to see which clothes they end up choosing…but I would find out either way since I would be picking up the rest of the clothes that they don’t take. All in all, I’d rather donate my clothes next door at WEAVE than to try to sell anything here.
Great place to sell clothes, but it's the person who is going through your items . I came in with name brand stuff free people anthropology, lululemon, they basically took everything and i do understand it's 30% cash or 50% store credit but the girl was giving me a good price on my items until the girl with mermaid hair came in and told her no $10 for my jeans that had tags . Smh I guess if I would of went up towards Roseville were people, no name brands, I probably would have got more money for my items. The vibe in that store was totally off and the customer service was no better. My prior selling to them, I had a great experience. But this time, the customer service was terrible.
