I am the quinceñera and I felt very uncomfortable, the owner is more concerned about the money instead of the customer. Very pushy and kept saying that I needed to try on different dreses. We told him our budget and he kept going over. Overall bad customer service and do not recommend.

Everyone was very nice, patient, and really listened to what my daughter wanted for her quince dress. There was no pressure from the sales associates! Awesome experience.

We had a great experience! Andrea was so patient and attentive. So many quality options. Great price. Beautiful boutique. My niece is very happy!

Best customer service ever!! Andrea goes above and beyond to show you your dream dress! Super friendly and welcoming to her customers!! If you need a dress for any occasion I would highly recommend Esmeralda store.

Overall 5 stars, but i would recommend making an appointment! Especially during prom season they were extra packed but it was on me for not even thinking to make an appointment. We did wait quite a bit about an hour, but like I said it was on me for not make an appointment ahead of time. I did end up buying my prom dress from here and it is beautiful! There’s prices are great for what you get. Love this place will definitely be coming back here for future events.these are some of the photos I took while trying on dresses.
