Oh wow.. horrible selection of clothes (makeup stains, holes, overpriced). And they didn’t take my clothes I tried to sell them that were in much better quality & from good brands - Levi’s, Aeropostale, Brandy Melville. Anyway I went down the street and donated to Goodwill instead so thrift there and not here lol.

Selling: The store seems to be quite selective and primarily accepts higher-end or very trend-forward brands. Items from more everyday brands like H&M, Target, or similar, even if they are in good condition will likely get rejected. Some of my pieces from brands like Express were also rejected even though brand new. The process itself was straightforward, but I’d recommend going in with expectations aligned to their curation style to avoid surprises. Queues to sell are long. Buying: they have an okay collection to buy from but most pieces are wrinkled (not steamed) which takes away from the buying experience. You really have to sift through the store and spend some time trying to find good pieces if you're really interested.
