I liked this gym for a while, but honestly, with the unexpected charges, I keep getting hit with, and the fact it seems to be run by kids i am going to find a new gym.

I had a very, very bad experience at that gym with its manager—an arrogant and despotic guy. I felt like he kicked me out for having my son with me while I was working out, even though I see other people there with children under 15 who are exercising. He spoke to me in a harsh tone; as a manager, he clearly doesn't know how to treat gym members. I decided to cancel my membership right then and there.

I prefer a hole-in-the-wall black iron gym, but Crunch has everything I need. I do wish there was a steam room...

The staff is super kind. They make me wanna spend all my time here. They have the GM Diego, and Marcus and Jeff are awesome. Best managers ever.
