I would give this 5 stars but I'll be honest. I walked in there willing to pay willing to be a member of this boxing gym had the money to pay in my pocket. The gym is good no doubt about that. However when I had went there I was ignored for 2-3 straight hours. Tried to talk to 2 different coaches and got pushed to the side as I waited I trained on my own. The boxing gym shows promise this gym can and have created some amazing boxers. I think I seen a highschooler that can kick my ass no problem flat. I am just writing my experience. Not a bad gym

Old School Boxing is an incredible place for anyone looking to learn, relieve stress, or build a solid fitness routine! My seven-year-old daughter and I have been attending for a couple of months now, and we couldn’t be happier. The environment is super welcoming, and the coaches are phenomenal. Terry and Mike go above and beyond to help us improve every time we step into the gym. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this is the place to be. Highly recommend Old School Boxing—thank you for making every session such a great experience!

Love this gym and the old school vibe! Terry is super laid back and has been really helpful from the first day I walked in. I live out of state but visit C Springs often so it’s nice to have a clean, reliable place to work out and keep up with training when im on the road. The gym has everything you need to get a good workout, and Terry isn’t selfish with his knowledge - he helps with tips and boxing techniques (super nice guy and a great coach). I’ve never felt like an inferior athlete here, it’s a good place to keep honing your skills., highly recommend 💪🏼

Coach Terry is HIGHLY knowledgeable and super welcoming, he gets you through some of the basic techniques and works with you at your pace, he's been in the business for 20+ years so he definitely knows what he is talking about. The atmosphere is SUPER welcoming, the individuals their just try to make each other better. To say I would recommend Old School Boxing would be am understatement you need to come check it out to understand and realize just how much of a safe haven it truly is.

This gym has truly impacted my fitness and life as a whole. Everyone from the staff to the main owner Terry are extremely knowledgeable in the art of boxing. The program is ran efficiently for both beginners and advanced. Terry also puts a great emphasis on form and technique. His level for attention to detail is second to none. For every session he will give you a new golden nugget to add to your technique. However, it's not only the boxing that I admire about this gym; it's the family like environment that I truly admire .Old school boxing gym is not just a gym, it's a group of people that will welcome you as their own. Everyone is super friendly and down to earth. Terry cares deeply about his students and that is why he has been so successful over the years. If you want a gym that gives you great boxing and also help you grow as person this is the gym you want to be in.
