This was my first time at crunch. Had a lot of questions and wondering what gym I could call home. Chance and John had excellent customer service and helped me out a lot. Crunch got some great people working for them!

Of all the Crunch’s I’ve been in, from NM to Fl, this location, hands down, best showers. The gym was clean & the front desk gal was super nice & helpful. This is an older location no Cryo chairs or Red Light Therapy… maybe upgrade soon? 🤞🏼

My husband and I recently decided to come back to the gym and we were helped by Fernando and James right away! They are very knowledgeable and genuine with all the amenities they offer here. There's been a ton of improvements and changes from when we first came here. Very excited to see how progres will flow here.

I absolutely adore this place. Have been going to this gym for as long as I can remember. Always clean. Very good machines. They’re smooth and feel natural. I love the people here! Especially the employees!! CJ always has the biggest smile and is always helpful and extremely kind. Chloe is the sweetest girl I’ve ever met and I always love talking with her! Bailey is always super nice and cheerful! Rebecca and John are also extremely kind and inviting to be around. If you’re looking for a gym with everything you need, good people, and a fair price, I’d recommend this place!!

Prior to this experience, everything was great! However, I decided to get my own membership and the lady who signed me up specifically said that I’d be able to cancel my membership a week after in order to not pay the annual fee. By doing so, I’d be able to get a feel for the gym. Unfortunately, when attempting to cancel my membership in person, the manager told me that I would still have to pay my annual fee on top of three monthly payments. On top of that, the manager decided to give an attitude, which is extremely unprofessional. This was not once explained to me when signing my contract, and now I am dealing with their management team. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, and I’d recommend everyone to go to Club4 fitness instead. Club4 has new equipment, same price, and a better management team. Do better Crunch.
