I started going to Cryo-N-More in McKinney back in July to help with recovery from workouts and ongoing joint pain. I’m 52 years old and have two young sons, so staying active, strong, and pain-free is important to me. After just a few sessions, I noticed a huge difference — less pain, faster recovery, and an unexpected boost in energy. More recently, I added their compression therapy, which has been a game-changer for circulation, mobility, and overall healing. Patrick Wolf, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about recovery, longevity, and all the different ways to help your body heal and perform at its best. His wife Lynda also performed a spot cryo session on my elbow that had some stubborn inflammation, and the results were amazing. If you’re looking to recover faster, reduce pain, and simply feel better, I can’t recommend Cryo-N-More highly enough. It’s one of the best things I’ve done for my health and quality of life!
