I’ve been to Cryo Republic Wellness & Body several times, and each visit has been great. The space is very well maintained, and you can tell the owner truly cares about cleanliness and creating a relaxing spa atmosphere. The equipment is always spotless, and I feel genuinely welcomed every time I come in. They also provide clear, excellent instructions throughout the experience. I would highly recommend this place.

I flew into town for a 3 day professional soccer showcase in Carlsbad. I realized I would need more than stretching and foam rolling if I wanted to stay mobile and quick for all 3 days. A quick Google search and I found Cryo Republic, 20 minutes from where I’m staying in San Diego. I chose the ultimate recovery package; cryo, red light and compression boots. I didn’t think I would find a place that did all three (cold, heat and compression) but Cryo Republic definitely delivered. I even learned about localized cryo therapy; very cool! ;) Amazing service, very relaxing, and perfect for any athlete looking to take care of their body. Thanks Cryo Republic!!

First time doing crypto! It was so great! I was nervous because I hate the cold but all the benefits of cryo encouraged me to do it! It wasn’t only 3 min and honestly it wasn’t bad at all!!! Very nice place!!! They also have red light therapy, sculpting, and sauna. I’m coming back for those!!!

I came in for a body contouring after searching online and I really enjoyed the service. I lost 1 1/2 inches my first time. I ended up purchasing 10 sessions! When you walk in it’s aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. There are separate rooms for different services. This room was such a vibe !

I went to CryoRepublic three days ago to try the Flowpresso machine for the first time, and it was such a great experience! The pressure felt amazing! The facility itself is super clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I was really interested in the lymphatic drainage benefits, and I actually noticed that I felt more energized afterward. Later that night, I felt pleasantly tired and ended up sleeping much better than usual. I do think I didn’t drink enough water that day, so I felt a bit dehydrated afterward — lesson learned! Next time I’ll make sure to stay well hydrated. Overall, it was an awesome session, and I’d definitely love to go back again soon!
