Loved her! She was so sweet, kind, and understanding!! The Ballgown Alterations turned out amazing and beautifully done. Everything was professional and looked great. She was able to fix my ballgown in under a week, and was so sweet about it too!! 100% a great experience and would rate more stars if I could!🥹💗💗

Amazing! I took my wedding dress here for a couple alterations that were needed. The process was quick, and easy! Wonderful place, I’m happy I came here and trusted them with my gown!

Crystal’s alterations did an amazing job on my dress! I got my dress at a sale and it was beautiful but I knew I wanted to tweaks. They closed the slit, added a lining under the dress, fixed the straps, added some mesh and beading to not have it so plungy, and added the bustle! I have to admit I fell in love with it even more, after the alterations. I cannot thank them enough, the work was amazing and it was done in a very timely manner. Absolutely recommend! ❤️

This is a review long overdue but back in October 2024, I had my graduation pants and blazer altered here and the results were AMAZING

Trin worked pure magic on my wedding dress! As someone who’s petite with a fuller bust, finding the right fit is always a challenge, but she completely transformed my oversized gown into a custom-fit dream. She expertly adjusted the straps, moved the lace up to shorten the dress, added a bustle, and tailored it perfectly to my shape. The pricing was in line with the amount of detailed work required. Absolutely worth every penny for the craftsmanship and care she put into it. If you want true expert hands working on your gown, Crystal’s Alterations is the place, and Trin is an absolute gem. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also one of the kindest people I’ve met, with a personal story that’s as touching as it is inspiring. I’m beyond grateful to have found her. She was truly the fairy godmother who brought my dream dress to life! Some before and after pictures of just the transformation of my dress.
