Hi! They advertise for 20% extra value but in real they provide 10% only. Its quiet busy place thatswhy they decreased the value. You should be honest what you are offering customers.

I’m definitely a regular customer now. One of the best self-serve car washes in Edmonton. Very good self-serve car wash with excellent value for the quality you get. The facility is warm and well-maintained, which is especially important during winter. Strong water pressure and good-quality cleaning chemicals. Open 24/7, easy to use, and plenty of space to wash comfortably. Definitely one of the better self-serve car washes in the area.

Millwoods Car Wash is usually my go-to wand wash. It’s been about four months since I’ve been to this location specifically, but I’ve been wanting to switch away from touchless car washes after learning (from an auto-body friend) that they can use pretty harsh chemicals to achieve that kind of “clean.” The equipment here is still solid, and the soap doesn’t seem watered down like some other places (Terwillegar Car Wash, for example). My disappointments: 1. Card payment: Tap wasn’t working, and the stripe reader wasn’t working either, so I had to go find an ATM for cash. 2. Discounts: The bonus/discount used to be 20% across the options, but now it’s only available on the $100 option. I’d be more inclined to come more often if the bonuses were available across all options (or tiered). As it is now, I’ll probably come more sparingly. Overall, it’s still a great car wash—and if I had to pick a wand wash in Edmonton, it would probably be this one. I’d just be more likely to visit if card payment worked reliably and the volume discounts/bonuses were better.

Just went here to wash my truck. Tried to pull into the biggest stall and this old lady told me no.. like actually stood in front of my truck and told me no. There was 1 other car in this place. She told me I was only allowed to use the small stalls, to wash my truck. Ps, your truck won't fit in the small stalls. Never have I ever seen someone try so hard to lose business before. Argued with me about what stall I could wash my truck in. Told me there was to much mud on my truck to use that stall. Like she isn't paid to clean up the car wash after people wash their vehicles or clean 1 stall verses the next one. Save your time and just go somewhere else. These people dont want your business. Pathetic argumentative rude people. As to your responses, there was nothing wrong with the bay I was trying to use. She said that I had to use the "truck bay", which was smaller for some reason. Theres no need to lie about what happened. I found another car wash that was happy to take my money. They didn't even complain about how dirty my truck was.

Do not use this place for your car, I understand it’s “self clean” and you determine the cleanliness of your car, but the brushes are all worn out, barely able scrub any dirt or bugs off your car, and the pressure washer barely has any pressure to “pressurize wash” all the soap and dirt off your car. I pressure washed one small spot of my car and nothing could come off, but I could lightly touch with my finger my car that had a layer of dirt/dust and it would come off right off, but when your entire car has a layer of dust, I’m not going to wipe it all with my hand when a proper pressure washer would take that off super easily. I even presoaked with the bug and salt solution, scrubbed with a scrub brush and then tried to pressure wash it off and it took 8 minutes just to get all the solution off with the dust/dirt still stuck to my car. I shouldn’t have to take up more time to wash my car, for something I get done no problem for $8-15 at other self care wash locations.
