We really had no idea how to pick a great lawyer. Boy did we get lucky choosing Mr. Curcione! From the first call, he was prompt, professional and concise. He didn't waste any time getting right to the heart of the case and worked well with both me and my son! We had been screwing around with court dates for over a year. Matthew was excellent in helping me defend myself from my partner who assaulted me and then tried to claim being the victim, he had a clear and ultimately successful plan on how to use the evidence I had of being the one who was attacked to have the charges dropped. He was very helpful in guiding me through the overly complicated hearing proces, all with a both affable and professional attitude, and always got back to me quickly if I had a question. He was also very knowledgeable in the quirks of how the local court system and other professionals involved in it's ecosystem operate.

I hired Mr Curcione back in 2023 for a case I didn’t think I could beat, just wanted to get the charge reduced as much as possible. My initial conversation with him was just that. After being completely honest and upfront with him about the whole situation he assured me he could get the charges dismissed.
