I needed assistance with a speeding ticket in VA that I received while returning from a work trip. They were great about helping me understand VA laws and what needs accomplishing to get the ticket reduced. I worked with Anthony Montagna and he was able to even give advice according which judge was likely to be working that day. He also made the trip to court twice - once right after a snow storm when that one court house was the only one to not announce they were closed due to weather. We were one of about 20 parties to show up due to the lack of communication from the courthouse but I didn't have to worry about rescheduling, he work with the courts on that and our second trip was successful. I am grateful for the free evaluation and practical advice. I hope I never need them, or any lawyer, again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ms. Samantha Bull helped me with my divorce case in the beginning but after maybe almost over 2 years working with her I noticed that nothing good happening on my case. It’s so hard to reach her, if ever I emailed her and her paralegal I will get there response after a week or two making at least two follow up before I will get a response, that is ridiculous. They never called me back or kept me up to date on what was going on. I trusted her though because I thought she care about her client but I’ve noticed that she always advised me to take the offer of the opposing lawyer to give all the demands of my soon to be ex and nothing is clear on what I will be getting from our marital properties. So I took my case to another firm, now I am happy to say that I got what I deserve to get. Go figure out, would you trust her or this firm.

After my car accident, I honestly didn’t know what to do or who to call. I remember sitting there, in pain and overwhelmed, just searching on Google for help. My experience with Montagna Law was great given the circumstances. Anthony Montagna took excellent care of me and got my case dismissed. I was very pleased with the outcome and his dedication in the courtroom. If you’re looking for someone who will stand up for you and fight hard, this is the team you want.
