I've been here a few times now and each time I get outstanding service. Cynthia and Julie have both helped me out with both normal and strange requests, and have done a great job at a reasonable price. While I was being helped, I saw longtime customers come through the doors and get greeted by name. A business that keeps customers around like that deserves support!

Went in because the spring bar on my watch band broke, and Julie fixed it within minutes by replacing the spring bar free of charge even after I offered to pay for her valuable service. While I haven’t had the chance to see her custom jewelry work, if this small act is any reflection of her craftsmanship, I know I’ll be in great hands. I had a custom engagement ring made for my fiancé, and I felt very safe and respected by the owners and her family.
