I had an exceptional experience with Tudy Owen’s, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. I can't adequately express just how awesome Tudi was when I visited Saturday. She was personable, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I felt absolutely no pressure from her at all. She knew it was a tough decision for me, and she was very patient and understanding. I was trying to decide between three watches and ended up buying all three instead. If I buy other watches or watch accessories in the future, I will make sure to try and work with her.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with JJ Dunn and Tudy! I recently visited to have my engagement ring resized and will soon be coming back to try on wedding bands, and JJ Dunn and Tudy made the entire process seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Both of them had incredible attention to detail and warm, professional demeanor made me feel completely at ease during what could have been a stressful process. If you're looking for someone who truly knows her craft and treats you with care and respect, JJ Dunn and/or Tudy are the ones to go to.
