I can't adequately express just how awesome Tudi was when I visited Saturday. She was personable, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I felt absolutely no pressure from her at all. She knew it was a tough decision for me, and she was very patient and understanding. I was trying to decide between three watches and ended up buying all three instead. If I buy other watches or watch accessories in the future, I will make sure to try and work with her.
