Lane is the best! I started working with him around 7 months postpartum, and it has been the best way to get back into weight lifting. He finds a great balance between pushing you to find your strength & making you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Lane to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer!

My wife and I have been training with Custom Personal Training with Lane for a little over a year and we could not speak more highly of him and our experience. We started training to get in shape for our wedding in September of 2023 and after seeing great results by that date, we never for a second thought of stopping to train here - it has become a huge part of our routine! We both were active in the sense that we would attend exercise classes and do cardio, but never had a good basis in weight lifting and general strength training. That has been our focus throughout our training with Lane and he has crafted an excellent program for us that is fresh every week when we train with him to improve our strength and mobility. The facility has excellent equipment and always spotlessly clean. Lane has created such a safe and welcoming environment in his studio that makes you feel excited and motivated to train. A friend and I spent the last 5 months working with Lane weekly. As beginners to lifting weights, he made us feel very comfortable and taught us a lot. He is very personable and the space is very clean and easy to get to. He is also good at catering to any injuries or areas of concern.
