I did not expect much coming to a hotel restaurant that I must say this place was excellent for taking clients to dinner. The people who ordered steak loved it and the octopus appetizer was a big hit. As I do not eat beef I had the salmon and it was wonderful in all of the sides could have been a meal by themselves. We topped off dinner with dessert and the carrot cake was over the top and the creme brulee was huge and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive and made us feel truly taken care of the entire evening. His energy elevated the whole experience and turned a great meal into a memorable one. If you’re dining at Cut & Bourbon, ask for Shane—you’ll be in the best hands. We’ll definitely be back because of him! Not to mention it was an incredible meal.
