Food, customer service and drinks were all amazing! My waiter’s name was Hector and he deserves 10 stars!! I will definitely be visiting soon again

From appetizers to main dish everything was delicious. The stuffed mushrooms were very good their signature steak was so tender I didn't really need a knife to cut it and it melts in your mouth

First time at a Longhorn, but only because Texas Roadhouse was closed for lunch. You definitely get more for the price at TRH than Longhorn. I ordered a steak salad and a shrimp/lobster soup. The amount of steak on it was a freakin joke! About 1.5oz, if that, and I asked for it to me medium done. I only filled up thanks to the bread and water.

We ordered takeout on the Longhorn app about 5:30 pm. yesterday, October 26, from the Grand Prairie restaurant. We were told it would be ready at 6:45 pm, over an hour away. We decided to go and wait it out and told the folks at Longhorn that we were in spot # 2 (as per their sign). We waited past 6:45 pm. Finally at 7:05 I went in and got our food from the takeout bar. It was sitting on the bar. When we got home, it was not Chicken Fried Chicken as we ordered, but tuff Chicken Fried Steak. There was also no gravy as expected. You can do better. We will just wait for the Mansfield restaurant to open.
