i did hair colour & balayage last Thursday which costed me £300.However, iam not happy at all with the result! my hair is all sort of colors and I will need to pay a substantial amount of money now to fix plus exposing it to another round of damage after the bleach i already had last week. I have clearly asked for a balayage and ended up with highlights which are awful. when she was doing the bleach she was only doing the upper part of my hair and when I asked her why she is not doing the ends, she told me dont worry they will pick up the colour. Now my hair colour is split into section with the bottom and ends dark while the roots and middle section with highlights! also the toner was not applied properly to my hair so even my highlights ended up picking different shades. very very bad result! i have paid for the senior director because i wanted a great experience and ended up having the worst hair colour of my life. worst experience ever in my life, will never go back again.

As someone who often books haircuts at the last minute, I’ve been looked after by junior stylists a few times. Maggie is the first junior stylist I’ve come across who is confident, and for good reason. She has a warm and pleasant nature. She can be chatty and engaging, but also intuitively understands when you might prefer some quiet time with your own thoughts. She listened carefully to what I wanted and checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with the cut. I especially loved the way she styled my hair at the end. This may honestly be the first time I’ve ever left a salon genuinely loving how my hair was styled! Thank you, Maggie!
