Coming here for a ‘balayage’ was my biggest regret of 2026 and it’ll take years to grow out. Ruined my honey blonde hair when I went in for a balayage to blend down my 3-4 inch root regrowth. Rohan gave me an even worse root line top of my head and it’s way too light, patchy, random dark lowlights, the second picture below is AFTER a ‘colour correction’ he ignored me asking to blend the root smudge down and denied giving me highlights round my face. My hair is still stripy as hell he just darkened my roots even more so it looks even less blended and like what I asked for 😭 Nick is great at doing curly hair (5stars for just him which is why it’s not totally 1) but salon’s read my emails to cancel me trying to rebook an actual colour correction but never responded to me asking them to help fix it. Devvod, been quoted £350 elsewhere after posting online asking by for help just to get it remotely back to how I walked into Renegade.

I booked an appointment for a haircut with one of the salon's hairdressers, but she informed me that the kind of cut I was looking for was not in her repertoire. She then kindky proceeded to ask another hairdresser if he would be willing to do the cut for me and this was the best thing happpened to me. I accidentally ended up having the best hairdresser for thick unruly hair...he really understood the weight of my hair and gave me the most gorgeous cut. I suddenly feel and look 10 years younger 😀 thank you Nicci for squeezing me in and sorry for ruining your Friday night 😁🫣

I had a curly cut with Nicky last week which was brilliant and I think I might have found my curly cut go to place! Nicky was professional, friendly and really focused on my hair and specific needs. I also love that my hair still looks great when I’ve washed and styled it myself since which is a sign of a brilliant cut!

Absolutely loved the experience with Rohan, he was so charismatic and kind. He listened and made sure all my needs were met and it felt like a fun conversation the whole way through!. Usually I am anxious at salons but I genuinely enjoyed the talk and the cut is gorgeous, already have had compliments for it. Thank you for being so nice!. ❤️
