Exceptional service. Was in market for a replacement scooter. Rebecca guided me through research on various models and I decided on model that most fit my needs. Model was ordered and delivered to my home in one week by Roderick. He reviewed basic operation and now I am free to cruise the neighborhood and inspect yard. I am in control again thanks to CVI!

After a stroke, my Mother needed a bed to accommodate her physical limitations. CVI responded to my request within an hour - and arranged for delivery and set up within a day. Delivery and set up by David was not only right on schedule, but he also provided a tutorial on the bed's features. I highly recommend!

This team went above and beyond by helping me find the right lift chair for my needs! I met them a year and a half ago when they repaired a lift chair I didn’t purchase through them. When the chair broke, the company I bought the chair from couldn’t help me for 5 days. I found CVI and by 2:00 the same day, they had me in a rental lift chair and the part needed for the other chair ordered. This year, the same chair broke in another place, it was 4 yrs old. Again, I called CVI, they came out with a rental and I decided not to repair the chair but buy a new one. I could not go into the showroom so Brian came out and spent time helping me choose the right chair. Everyone I spoke to, Brian, Jamal, Dan, Don, Julian and Rebecca were extremely knowledgeable of their product, kind and understanding and in 5 days, I was in a new chair. I am a customer for life!
