Had to deal with some warranty work as my car was shipped from dealer with damage. Joe Husdson Collision Center did a great job negotiating on our behalf to do it right. What looked like just a damaged bumper was much more hidden underneath. Very glad they were able to get it fixed and get our warranty company on the same page.

Oops, I did it again! Joe Hudson’s Collision Center and entire team including the front desk is the most trustworthy and talented group I have ever encountered. This is the second time the collision center has worked on my car in 2.5 years. The team at Joe Hudson looked over my vehicle and provided Progressive and I with an estimate within a business day. They do excellent work and they communicate with your insurance provider so you don’t have to be the middleman. Paperwork was a breeze. My car looks like nothing even happened to it. The team did an exceptional job with the repairs, and even gave my car a wash after. Throughout the process, the service was friendly, professional, and highly communicative. My car ended up being finished right on schedule, not to mention the spot-on color match. I signed up SMS notifications and received communication from Collision center that went above and beyond to keep me updated at every step and made sure all my questions were answered.

RAVE REVIEWS!!! My Yukon Denali was nearly totaled by baseball-size hail, I got her back in like-new condition. I literally could not be happier. The side panels, roof and hood all were visibly ruined. They do absolutely amazing work, kept me updated throughout the entire process, AND cleaned the vehicle top to bottom before giving it back to me. Thank you so much for putting so much time and effort into my vehicle and for providing wonderful customer service the entire time. Y’all are amazing.

We ran into an unexpected issue , that my car was uncovered and got damaged with HAIL while in the shop. My car was there for fixing and changing the bumper, and hail damage was cherry on top. However they were experienced enough to handle this complication well. The hail damage was not their fault, and neither mine. They did a high quality repair job on all the spots. Also changed the bumper with great paint and installation. All the joints fit perfectly. Timing was 10 working days, which considering the unexpected hail damage, and the quality of work is totaly good and acceptable. I do recommend them if you are looking for high quality work.
