Amazing service! I have a cheap onn TV from walmart and the backlight quit working after just 2 years. My first thought was I'd be better off trashing it and getting a new one since TVs are so cheap now but I called anyway and he was out here in 2 hours and had it working in like 30 minutes for a third of the price for a new one! So thankful!

Reached out this company for my 70 inch onn tv had no video just sound back light issue .. Can I say my husband dropped it off later on that day he called and said it was ready we picked it up today "next day " & it's right back to do what it suppose to do !! I definitely recommend them for your tv service needs

I took my second tv to Mr. James need I say more! He contact me and let me know what was going on with the tv, and that he had to order parts. I didn’t call and bug Mr. James because there were many tv there before mine. Very satisfied!!!

I sit here enjoying my 60 inch smart tv that was brought back to life thanks to James and his professional service! I couldn’t enjoy the picture before because everything had a blue/purple hue. We found out it was due to the TV needing a new backlight LED array. James took care of ordering the parts and replacing all of the LEDs and now the TV is as good as the day I bought it. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and at a very fair and competitive price point I highly recommend D & A TV Master for your TV repair needs! Thanks James!

BEST in Greensboro,NC!!! When my TV quit working last week I called the Panasonic people who told me someone would have to fix it. That's when I decided to call D&A TV Masters. James answered, he scheduled a time to come out that day! He was the one who showed up I did NOT have to explain the problem again to some one else. He found the problem in 2 minutes, and gave me my options and prices. I chose to get the SS board replaced. The part came in with in 2 business days and he fixed it as soon as it came in. He was quick, professional, and even had no problem with my 3 year old running around him to see what was in our TV. If you need any repairs or electronic installation, or TV/electronic issues you should call James at D&A TV Masters, he really loves what he does, he is excellent at his job! My TV works great again!!! Thank you James!!!
