I took a stereo receiver there for a specific issue. I paid a diagnostic fee to “diagnose” the issue and left. About a month later I was contacted and informed the item was ready. I asked if he found what was causing the issue. The technician said it was dirty and had some questionable solder joints. I asked about the issue I dropped the receiver off for and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. I said ok then and hung up. I picked the receiver up a few days later and paid $90. I asked again about the original issue and he said to just turn down the volume when I turned it on. I got it home and hooked it up and the issue was still there. I have had over 50 receivers and I know what’s normal and what’s not. I paid him an additional fee for basically nothing so now I’m out over $130 and wasted time. I would not recommend bringing anything here. I would take your stuff to Triad Electronics where they actually fix things.
