Daniela is truly an angel! I did most of the vendor coordination before hiring DA Event Planning but starting at 60 days out from the wedding, I no longer had to worry about anything! A lot of my husband’s family members only speak spanish and it was very important to us for the wedding planner to be able to communicate with everyone comfortably, she was amazing! We also had 2 medical emergencies and Daniela handled these with complete ease, my husband and I didn’t even know something happened until the morning after the wedding! Hiring DA Event Planning was the biggest help, you cannot go wrong with this extremely professional and organized team!

Daniela was absolutely phenomenal and I could not recommend her and her team enough! Hiring a day-of coordinator was top of mind for my wife and I because although we wanted to plan everything ourselves, we also wanted to be fully present on the day of our wedding. I met with about 10 different wedding coordinators and Daniela was my last meeting. I knew right away that Daniela’s warmth and determined energy was the perfect fit for my wedding at the Sunken Gardens. She answered every question I had with confidence and never made me feel like she was going to pressure me on any decisions (many of the coordinators did not give me this feeling). From our first meeting to the wedding day, she was attentive and fast to respond. On the wedding day, she gave us complete peace of mind as she coordinated with our other vendors to make sure everything was as we envisioned. To say Daniela went above and beyond is actually an understatement. Here are a few of the ways she exceeded our expectations: she provided worksheets to create all necessary timelines for the wedding day, she made up a plate of charcuterie from our cocktail hour and delivered this + wine to us while we were doing our couples portraits, and she loaded her own vehicle with DIY items and florals and dropped them off at our house at the end of the night. The day after the wedding, my Dad told me that he had doubts about whether a day-of coordinator was necessary but after seeing Daniela work, he agreed her leadership was the key to how flawless the evening went.
