Visited with my client and the micro aggressions from the staff were very real. One 6ft guy looked at me twice and different times, when i looked back he looked down(rude). Then to top it off the cashier was giving hostile energy. She dropped the change into my had like i had a disease and then the fact that she’s called karen just further enforces the ‘karen’ stereotypes. Clearly staff have an issue with anyone that isn’t white. Won’t be coming here again

Food really yummy, decor okay. Lovely staff, speedy table service. Prices high for food low for coffee so overall to be expected at a cafe, not bad. Outside seating looks beautiful

Plenty of parking available. Large indoor and outdoor area with an excellent range of plants to choose from. A comfortably spacious coffee shop with a delicious range of pastries selection to complete an enjoyable afternoon.

Promising start to the new management of the garden centre but the cafe building and the cafe incuding the toilet facilities need a substantial face-lift .Rain water still dripping in and still feels like your sitting in an outbuilding ... The toilets are adequate but I prefer not to use them unless I have to! The food in the cafe is " adequate " but not exciting or enticing ... sandwiches use pre prepared fillers and cheap sliced bread, Soup on the other hand is usually delicious but would be more appealing with nice traditional bakery crusty bread or roll .The cakes are also good. Having given all my negatives I would like to say how much nicer and fresher the the garden centre is generally..and the staff are excellent and friendly and helpful . more crafts and gifts would be good As its under new management perhaps changes with the cafe area are to be made including the toilets..I really hope so !

Really nice garden centre with a large variety of plants shrubs and trees. They also have a lot of garden furniture and features. I can't give it 5 stars due to the prices being on the higher side for me. Car park is free and quite large. There are customer toilets available and a cafe on the premises. Staff are available to help if you need them otherwise they will let you get on with browsing and leave you in peace.
